How to take care of your energy to keep healthy

We’re talking about the energy limitations AI is subject to to the distress of Ai developers. Hahaha ! What about our biological energy, that energy without which no goal can be achieved ? As a leader, an entrepreneur or a businessperson, you know how much your energy is precious. Watching my clients strive towards their pursuits, it’s worth finding a model to optimise it.

We are working against the law of entropy which has disorder as the default. Things tend to fall disintegrate, disaggregate with time. This is the default. To reverse this default condition and construct, build, assemble, organise, we have to use a formidable amount of energy and keep ourselves healthy too.

On a physical level, you can notice when you are tired. A healthy non-inflammatory diet, a good level of glutathione, sound sleep and regular exercising in Nature are now known to favour not only the body but also the mind. You will also notice that if you’ve been skiing on a snowy slope or had a Zumba session, you are indeed tired, yet ….full of another type of energy. Or you’ve been working long hours with your team and you are ….replete with motivational energy. Energy is therefore not only physical but it is all interrelated.

The good news is there seems to exist a road map for increasing wellbeing and energy, with general rules for us all which however, will be each one’s task to apply to our organism and being.

Observe your energy fluctuations according to your emotions and thoughts, how your energy drops when you have negative emotions or are ruminating. Also observe how we take refuge in the same pattern of thoughts especially when we feel that there is danger. What does that do to your energy ?

There are habits that waste your energy and others that regenerate it. A first motivation for a smoker to quit is to notice and be aware of the effects of smoking in his body and energy at the very moment or some time later. This first step may lead you to take more steps in this direction, rather than just wanting to quit with your will. Also observe your interactions: who gives you energy and who drains it. Get closer to vitamin people and stay away from people who are toxic to you.
